Make an enquiry
Your enquiry
Tell us what you are looking to buy or sell, with the specifications that matter to you.
Preparing a physical-gold enquiry
A useful gold brief identifies the physical form, stated purity and basis of the quantity. These details help distinguish the requirement from a general interest in gold.
Buying physical gold
Include the required form, purity and quantity with its unit. Clarify whether the quantity is total product weight or fine-gold weight, if known. Delivery location, timing and whether the requirement is one-off or recurring help define the request. Any required refinery or assay criteria should be stated, not assumed.
Offering physical gold
Describe the form, stated purity, quantity and current location that can be confirmed, together with your relationship to the seller. If a refinery name or assay report is part of the offer, distinguish documented details from information still awaiting confirmation. Stated purity is not a CSI authentication or verification.
After you submit
Successful submissions receive a CSI reference for follow-up. Contact details stay off the public opportunity board. Submitting a requirement or offer does not publish it or confirm availability, verification or an introduction. Initial enquiries need only document availability, not passports, bank details or proof documents.
How CSI introductions workCSI introduces buyers and sellers. An enquiry is not confirmation of availability, verification or an agreement. Terms and required checks remain subject to review.
